Mining and Shining Idea Lab  provides one of a kind solutions to schools and non-profits. There are others who are great with principal and teacher PD and coaching, but the solutions we enjoy creating center on organization structure, incentive systems, and other strategic  solutions-- and they often start by incorporating your origin story.

At Project Reflect and Smithson Craighead, we're implementing  solutions and sharing them on Linkedin through articles. Those solutions are for everyone ( Teacher Report Card, The Not Fade Away Project and more).
